About the Artist

Suzanne (Schulman) Butterfield originally from Los Angeles, California U.S.A. a graduate from California State University, Northridge in painting & drawing and has attended Art Center, College of Design in Pasadena, California. She has produced many portrait and fantasy paintings & drawings but has always fallen back on cartooning as her favorite style.
Intrigued by the variety of colorful cats running wild throughout Jerusalem, Israel, her family’s new home, she has been inspired to greater heights of imagination.
The quiet country surroundings of where she lives and uniformity of stone landscapes with lovely cat communities in the various tiny gardens,  infuses her with ideas.

DISCLAIMER: Yakov Butterfield (Suzanne’s unusual husband) originally is from the San Francisco Bay Area, (which explains everything)  is the Webmaster. He attends Yeshiva and finds interesting, odd, unusual, borderline Political materials which he puts on the Web and Suzanne Butterfield has nothing to do with this.  He has somehow taken over this originally ‘cute kitty’ website for his own purposes and the website has become somewhat schizophrenic in content.  Ultimately it’s the cat’s fault, as she has been known to be on the computer at night typing away.  It is meant for comic entertainment purposes only.
